Order procedure and delivery times

Once we receive your payment the order gets into production. We try to send the order in 4 days after payment received.

The transit time after we send it for Belgium and the Netherlands. :

  1) If the products are on stock: 3 to 5 working days.

  1) If the products are not on stock: 7 to 11 working days.

How do we send our products?

  1) Enveloppe

  2) Mailbox box

  3) Package box

​

With 1 & 2 you dont have to wait home as these fit in the mailbox.

With 3 you will need to be home or the delivery will be available at the post office.

 

We send our products with Bpost. You have the option for standard or insured shipment. For standard shipments there is no track and trace possibility.
